At Glosanté we strongly believe that, how we work together is as important as what we do as individuals.
As a potential employer, we receive considerable interest in open positions across geographies.
The recruitment teams are tasked with conducting initial reviews of all applications to present a shortlist to hiring managers. To achieve this, the teams work on guidelines regarding qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for the role. To improve your chances of being included on the shortlist for the vacancy you have applied for, please bear in mind the following:
The recruitment team will work on the applications as required and our Recruitment Management System will keep you informed of your progress through each step. Please refrain, at this stage, from attempting to contact the recruiters directly.
At Glosanté we strive our level best to provide feedbacks to every profile we receive, however due to high volume of profile, often the intimation is limited to shortlisted profiles. If you are not successful with your first application, we retain your details in our database so that your profiles can be matched with suitable positions that may arise in the future.
The information below explains how your application moves through the recruitment process.
Step 1 - Application
The average time taken to complete each application will be around 5 to 10 minutes depending upon your system specifications and internet speed.
Step 2 - Screening
Depends on the position you are applying for, you may be required to complete some carefully selected questions designed to assess your suitability for the role for which you are applying. These, along with a review of your CV, will be used by our recruitment team to conduct an initial assessment of your application.
If your profile does not meet this initial assessment, you will be advised by e-mail within 48 hours of the assessment. Due to high volume of CV’s you may not get an initial response, however if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, you may be unsuccessful at this time.
Step 3 - Interviews
If your application clears the initial assessment, you will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team who will guide you through the interview process.
We use a variety of selection tools such as telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, psychometric testing, presentations etc. to identify and select candidates for each role. You will be advised in advance about the assessment technique that will be used, to help you prepare.
Step 4 – Offer
If you are successful at interview stage, we will make you a formal offer of employment. If you are not successful, you will be notified and provided with feedback. Your details will be held on our system should suitable opportunities arise in the future.
Once you have accepted the formal offer, you will be moved to the 'On-boarding' phase, during which you will receive support and guidance regarding your move to Glosanté and the specific location for the role you have secured.
Step 5 – On-Boarding
During this phase, the HR team will help you with your relocation and work permits etc. depending on your employment location and eligibility. They will also arrange your induction into Glosanté and help you settle into your new team. You will be introduced to your team's/location's/region's HR contact, who will be the single point of contact for any HR-related queries that you may have upon joining
